All the data collected by Bob's Limos & Shuttle Services are to be considered highly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

CANCELLATION

a) No charges for cancellations made at least 72 hours or more prior to the date of the service. If pre-payment has been made and the cancellation is made within the terms, the payment will be totally refunded MINUS the bank transaction fee.
b) By confirming the service booked with us, you authorize Rome Limousines or his partner Colosseum Travel Limousine Service to charge your credit card :
(a) in case of cancellation of any service within the terms of cancellation prior to the hours/days of the booked service as stated in our cancellation policy
(b) in case of NO SHOW
(c) if this is your chosen payment method.

LUGGAGE:

The shared shuttle service allows our clients to have ONE large and ONE small carry on each passengers. Extra luggage MUST be declared at the time of the reservation. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers that have not respected our Luggage policy. In this case will be considered a NO SHOW service.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) multiple pick ups or drop offs for the same party are not possible
2) multiple flight arrivals for the same party are not possible
3) Shared Shuttle transfer service does not operate on the following holidays: December 25th and 26th December, January 1st and Easter Sunday
4) animal transport of any kind or size are not allowed on shared shuttle transfer
5) scheduled pick up time includes a 30 minute window (from Rome city and FCO Airport) and 15 minute window from Civitavecchia Port. This means that the shuttle will arrive within 30 minutes (from Rome city and FCO Airport) or 15 minutes (from Civitavecchia port) of the scheduled pickup time.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

gratuities (gratuities are at the clients discretion)
